Our family trip to Yosemite Lakes was filled with highs and lows. We found a great camping spot along the river, which was a sweet location for us. The accommodations varied significantly; while the yurt we stayed in was clean and well-equipped, our experience with cabin struggles and cleanliness issues truly dampened our expectations. The staff were helpful and organized fun events for families in the evenings, but some amenities and facilities were not up to par.
We stayed in a spacious yurt equipped with a full bathroom and kitchen, but had a rough start with a cabin that was not clean and uncomfortable.
Despite the issues we faced, the staff were accommodating and offered helpful tips for our Yosemite visit.
Located just minutes from the entrance to Yosemite, the area is beautiful and convenient for exploring.
We enjoyed the nice patio area with a fire pit, but found some older buildings and playgrounds that were not maintained well.

Our stay at the RV park was quite pleasant, located just a short drive from the Yosemite National Park entrance, which made it easy to start our adventures early. The cabin was cozy and equipped with the essentials, making our experience comfortable. However, I did find the pricing to be a bit high for what we received, and the lack of phone service was a downside.
The cabin was small yet functional, with enough amenities to feel at home during our stay. It included a compact bathroom and cooking facilities that were great for meal prep.
While there wasn't any personal service to speak of, the amenities such as Wi-Fi in the lodge and games offered were nice touches.
The RV park is perfectly positioned about 10 minutes from the park entrance, which was incredibly convenient for our visits to Yosemite.
The park provided decent facilities, including BBQ grills and fire pits, but I was disappointed that laundry services only operated with cold water.

Our stay had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic, just a short drive to the park, but the service at check-in was frustrating. While the grounds were well-maintained, the facilities, especially the bathrooms, left much to be desired and cleanliness was an issue. Overall, I would think twice about returning, especially if you're not a member.
The sites were okay, but shade was hard to find and could be better arranged.
Check-in was a hassle due to confusing policies, and the staff's attitude could use improvement.
Location is great, close to the park, making it easy to access Yosemite.
The bathrooms were filthy, and some amenities were out of order, like the showers.

We had an overall enjoyable experience at this Thousand Trails site located just a stone's throw away from Yosemite. The campsite was spacious, allowing for plenty of tents and hammocks, and the live music on Saturday was a delightful bonus. However, we encountered a noisy neighbor with a generator and some cleanliness issues in the restrooms, which detracted from our stay.
The campsite had ample space for multiple tents and hammocks, nestled among plenty of trees.
The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
The location was extremely convenient, just a short 5 miles from the entrance to Yosemite.
The amenities were decent, but the cleanliness of the bathrooms and showers could use some improvement.

We had a great experience overall at Yosemite Lakes RV Resort. The campground felt welcoming and clean, and despite arriving late, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. However, the Wi-Fi service was lacking, and the campground could use some improvements in maintenance. Overall, a solid choice for families looking for a campground experience.
The RV sites were spacious and provided full services like electricity and water, which was essential for our family.
Mark, the staff ranger, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were settled in smoothly, despite our late arrival.
The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, making it ideal for our family trip.
The campground had essential amenities, but some areas felt poorly maintained.
